Heat 'n Kleen Kettle Cleaner (31oz)
Heat 'n Kleen is designed to remove grease and carbon from popcorn kettles. The outstanding detergency emulsifies grease and oil, and softens hard carbon deposits.
Safe and easy to use. (Heat 'N Kleen is non-toxic and is listed by the USDA for use in food plants.)
Simply dissolve 2oz of Heat 'N in 1 gallon of water, stir to dissolve, and pour to desired depth in kettle. Turn on kettle heat and watch closely - when it starts to boil, turn off heat. Allow to cool for 30 minutes and dump carefully into a basin or pail - remove kettle, wipe clean and rinse. If kettle is very dirty, you may need to repeat more than once. In these cases, allow Heat 'N Kleen to set in kettle for 6-8 hours. Drain, rinse kettle thoroughly, and wipe dry.
