• At this time, WestCoastConcessions.com ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does West Coast Concessions, Inc. ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Most online orders received by 2pm PST M-F (excluding holidays) are processed for shipment the same day and ship via UPS Regular Ground delivery service. Actual product delivery arrival time varies according to shipping destination location. (Please allow at least 1-2 business days for West Coast deliveries, 2-3 business days for Central/Mid-West deliveries, and 4-5 business days for East Coast deliveries.) Most back-ordered items usually ship within 7-10 business days or upon re-stock availability. Large Concession Equipment and/or other Special Order Items may require a 4-6 week lead time for shipment. WestCoastConcessions.com does NOT ship to PO Box addresses. A valid, occupied, physical home or business address must be provided as the shipping information location. Listing a PO Box address as the shipping information location when placing an order via WestCoastConcessions.com could result in lengthy order processing and delivery delays. Additional shipping and handling charges may apply to any and all items listed, shown and/or ordered on this site via phone, fax or through the online showroom. Additional shipping and handling charges vary depending on the shipping destination and method shipped. Select items throughout this site are shipped freight free. Select items are marked "This item ships FREIGHT FREE". These select items do not require a coupon code to receive FREE regular ground UPS shipping.   If you are ordering parts for a machine that was not purchased from West Coast Concessions, Inc., you must have the Machine Serial #, Model # and Part # at the time of order placement. West Coast Concessions, Inc. can not guarantee under any circumstances that you are ordering the correct part for your machine if that machine was not originally purchased from us. If you did not purchase your machine from us it is your responsibility to contact the manufacturer for appropriate part #'s. All part(s) orders require pre-payment before shipping and are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee if returned. All shipping and handling charges on ordered and returned parts are the sole responsibility of the consumer. If you did not purchase your machine from West Coast Concessions, Inc., we appreciate your cooperation in gathering all appropriate information before calling to place your part(s) order. West Coast Concessions, Inc. currently accepts parts orders for select Cretors and Gold Medal equipment only.



• Return Policy
• Only new and unused merchandise can be authorized for return within 15 days of purchase, subject to a 25% return fee. To return an unused product, please call 1-888-922-3939 to obtain a Return Request Form and Number. The completed Return Request Form and unused item(s) must be returned within 15 business days of original purchase date. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All shipping charges for returned items are the sole responsibility of the customer. Special Order Items such as but not limited to Lg Concession Equip. are not returnable and purchases of said Lg Concession Equip. are non-refundable. West Coast Concessions Inc. reserves the right to determine which products are deemed Lg Concession Equip. and/or Special Order Items and said list of products categorized as stated may change at any time without notice. Some items distributed and sold by WestCoastConcessions.com may contain a mfr.’s "Best By” date that can and will vary depending on the product and mfr.’s specifications. Customers of the site deemed WestCoastConcessions.com may contact West Coast Concessions, Inc. to obtain the "Best By” date of any and all items prior to order placement. It is the responsibility of the customers who purchase any items from WestCoastConcessions.com and/or the consumer of such products to be sure that food items containing a "Best By” date are consumed on or before the stated mfr.’s recommended “Best By” date. All food product sales are final and are not accepted for return.
